For different flooring systems

CNT tile is developed for conventional flooring installations as well as raised floor panels.

  • Standard flooring and raised-floor applications.
  • Environments requiring electrostatic discharge control.
  • High-load and perforated-panel uses described by the manufacturer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Clear answers to your questions.

What does a CNT conductive tile do?

It helps control static electricity in areas containing sensitive equipment. Carbon nanotubes form the conductive component of the multilayer tile structure, which includes PVC.

How should I choose between 2 mm and 3 mm tiles?

The published weight is 3.9 kg/m² for the 2.0 mm option and 5.85 kg/m² for the 3.0 mm option. Thickness is selected together with the flooring system and the technical requirements of the project.

What does UV stability mean for this product?

The manufacturer DOOHA reports no change in electrical conductivity after 50,000 mJ of UV exposure. It also describes long-term use under low-level UV from LED equipment, with limited yellowing and resistance change.

Can CNT tiles be used on a raised floor?

Yes. The manufacturer describes CNT tiles for both standard flooring installations and raised floor panels. Panel, adhesive and installation details are assessed together with the technical documents for the selected flooring system.
